Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Pixel Fire has no accounts, no sign-up and no tracking cookies. This policy explains the little data that is processed when you use pixelfire.fun and the Pixel Fire program on Solana, and who processes it.
1. What we never collect
We never ask for your name, ID documents, private keys or seed phrase. Pixel Fire will never ask for your seed phrase — anyone who does is a scammer.
2. Data that is processed
- Wallet address and on-chain activity. When you connect a wallet, the website sees your public address and reads your token balances and Pixel Fire stats. Your burns, levels and rewards are recorded on the public Solana blockchain, where anyone can see them.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting and network providers receive your IP address, browser and device type when you load pages, mainly for delivery and security.
- Visit statistics. We use a privacy-friendly analytics service that counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. We only see aggregated numbers (pages, countries, devices).
- Messages you send us. If you email support@pixelfire.fun, we receive your email address and message.
3. Storage in your browser
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The website keeps a few items in your browser's storage (local storage and IndexedDB) only because the Service needs them to work:
- that you accepted the Terms, so we don't ask again;
- which wallet you chose and, for WalletConnect, the connection session, so your wallet can reconnect.
You can clear them at any time in your browser settings; you will simply be asked again.
4. Services we rely on
We use trusted service providers for:
- website hosting and delivery;
- cookieless visit statistics;
- access to Solana blockchain data — requests for your balances include your public wallet address;
- connecting wallets (WalletConnect);
- token names and logos — logos are loaded from their publishers' servers;
- email forwarding for messages to support@pixelfire.fun.
They receive only what they need to provide their service and may not use it for their own advertising.
Your wallet app (Phantom, Solflare and others) has its own privacy policy, which applies to what happens inside the wallet.
5. Why we process data
Only to run the Service: show your balances and stats, deliver the website securely, prevent abuse, apply regional restrictions required by law, and understand overall traffic. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
6. How long data is kept
Provider logs are kept for the periods set by those providers. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you. Blockchain records are permanent and cannot be changed or deleted by anyone, including us.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete data about you, or to object to its processing. Write to support@pixelfire.fun and we will help as far as we can. Data on the public blockchain cannot be deleted.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process data of children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If this policy is translated and a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
